Important Shipping Notice (Orders Placed After October 01)

Due to exceptionally high Q4 demand and a temporary stock shortage, orders placed after October 1 are experiencing extended processing and shipping times.
These delays were caused by supply constraints and a transition in fulfillment, which temporarily slowed down order dispatch. We are pleased to share that processing has fully resumed, and all affected orders are currently being shipped to get them to you this holiday season.

For orders placed after October 01:

  • Processing Time: up to 7–12 days
  • Shipping & Delivery Time: approximately 15–30 days (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary significantly depending on the country, local logistics, and customs procedures.

All newer orders (placed after January 01) follow the updated standard shipping times listed below.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete the delivery of all affected orders.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • Once processed, the estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Due to a massive increase in orders, there may be a delay in processing them, which will increase shipping times.

International Shipping (USA and Other Countries)

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the country and local carrier services.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number, allowing customers to check the status of their shipment at any time.

Shipping Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [support email] to check the status and resolve any issues.
